I am in my 40s and still getting spots. Two years ago I went through a stage of growing a new one every day. I tried every useless product and nothing worked. Last straw I went to the doctor who prescribed Dalacin lotion. I used it day and night and within 3-4 weeks the spots had gone. I use it sparingly now when a new "nasty" appears which is rare. Brilliant stuff in my experience.
