Advantages: the heat kills those pains

Disadvantages: the smell although you do end up liking it

The other week I had back ache. I dont mean the twinge but that pain where you find it so bad that you are crawling up the stairs on all fours. You hear that doctors cant do much about it so the next day went to the chemist and got all sorts of tablet pain killers which didnt really help and then we got deep heat.

It comes in a tube and you take off the top reverse it and pierce the top. The cream is white and thick. The first thing you notice is the smell of it. It is undescribable yet it smell hot!

It is also non greasy. What you do is rub it well into where the pain is and believe me it is very fast acting. You will soon feel your skin getting hot and it is so wonderful to feel that pain beginning to go just like that.

It is not only for backache but for treatment of other things rheumatic pain, fibrosis, lumbago, sciatic, chilblains, bruises and sprains and for minor sports injuries so it is well worth keeping some in your medicine box just in case.

You can apply it 2 to 3 times a day but it is not for anyone under 5 years old.

I now swear by this and it really did work wonders fast.

The down side is the smell. I did go shopping with it on and must admit to looking at other customers wondering if they could smell me! Although my family close could not smell it so I did worry for nothing.

Hopefully you wont get backache or any of the other pains but if you do I really think you would not regret trying this as it does work and fast.

Summary: better than any tablets and it works fast
