It seems that in the current world, we are kind of obsessed or if bombarded about our efforts to keep clean and "kill bacteria". I have always seen having a bath or shower as a chance to become fresh and clean, which would probably classify me as a clean freak. I find it hard to "function" properly if I don't take a shower after going out or simply after cleaning stuff.

I have been using the Dettol Antibacterial Soap for quite a while now, I must admit that Dettol has been one of the brands which I have used regularly, therefore I always see a sense of quality and excellence in their products. The fact that the Dettol brand was labelled made me literally feel that this soap was the ultimate in killing bacteria and removing germs, now this appealed to me because I could never really lie down and relax if I knew that that I was still full of germs from going out.

The packaging of the product is certainly effective in terms of its aesthetic qualities which makes it appealing to buyers. Although I had purchased this product because I trusted the dettol brand, I felt that in the event that I did not know much about the brand, I would still do so anyway, just based on the packaging. It is covered in a mixture of light and dark green which gave quite a colour contrast, the Dettol logo was placed on the left side.

Once I opened it, I was greeted by a nice but not overwhelming smell which was pleasant. The soap was in the form of a rectangular shape with the company logo placed in the centre. The colour is slightly lighter yellow, which is a reasonable colour for a soap.

I particularly like to use this product after sweating excessively, because after you use it and come out of the shower, you just feel refreshed and you don't get the unpleasant smell of body odour anymore.

I have also started using it whilst cooking, particularly before and after preparing meat, because I wanted to make sure that I really got the nasty stuff cleaned away in case getting ill as a result of not doing so.

Overall, I feel that this product is an exceptional choice to killing bacteria and germs at a low price too, at less than 70 pence per bar, it's a small price to pay for making sure you stay clean and hygienic.
