Diocalm and I have been good friends for years, I even take a packet out with me just in case I have the dreaded diarrhoea whilst on my travels. They are round chewable tablets which come in two blister packs of 10, each chewable tablet a bit bigger than a 5p. They are a paleish brown/cream in colour, you just pop one in your mouth and chew when you have tummy problems - and hopefully all will be better and you can go on with your life....... About a month ago I was afflicted with an appalling stomach bug that really knocked me for six. I knew something was brewing as soon as I woke up when the smell of the haddock poaching for my three spoiled moggies' breakfast made me feel extremely sick. As the morning wore on I started to feel clammy and downright miserable, and then the stomach cramps began. Within moments of feeling the first cramp I felt my insides start to do that squelchy thing that usually heralds the arrival of an episode of diarrhoea, oh lovely.
