... suffer from headaches quite a lot - particularly during the working week (funny that!). Sometimes I reach for the Ibuprofen / Paracetamol but generally I don t because I don t want my body to get so used to pain killers that they no longer work when I really need them for something other than a headache! ... I had the mother of all headaches. I don t get them very often but after eating a substantial breakfast, lunch and dinner, I still had it last night. We didn t have any paracetamol in the cupboard and my husband tried to convince me to take a co-codamol.
