When it comes to natural remedies I am rather a fan of them. All my life I've had health issues to which I have been prescribed medication for and most of the time that medication hasn't really helped me and it has simply been a short term solution. I'm not for one moment saying that there isn't a place for prescribed drugs but in the case of anti-depressants and the likes I find them very hit and miss indeed.
