Following a recent operation, I found one infuriating aspect of recovery involved the scar itching like crazy. Almost every evening. And once I started scratching, do you think I could stop? No! A half hearted one fingered scratch inevitably turned into something far more obsessive. Covered by a dressing for the first week, I had assumed it was the dressing that was making the scar itch, but no. The itching was no better once the (one long) stitch was removed and I no longer had to cover it with a dressing. I'm sure even if you haven't used any of the E45 range you will be familiar with their products, in the white and blue semi-clinical packaging. Having ... Read the complete review

I have been buying E45 Itch Relief cream for a few years. My daughter has a tendency towards eczema and though our doctor has prescribed some mild hydrocortisone creams for her, I try not to use them too much as I am aware that they can have some horrible side effects, such as thinning of the skin. I use hydrocortisone only when it's absolutely necessary, and even then, only in tiny amounts, and in between times I use E45 itch relief cream to try to keep the horrible itch-scratch cycle under control. This cream costs me nothing as I get it on prescription for my daughter. It comes in a white plastic bottle and it has a small pump dispenser on the top to ... Read the complete review

I suffer from a condition called winter dry skin which is basically a dry skin condition brought on by a combination of cold weather and dry air from central heating. The condition basically leeches all the moisture from my skin and makes it dry, itchy and sore to the point where I can make myself bleed from scratching. The only treatment for it is to ensure that I slather on emollient creams and try not to irritate it any further by taking hot baths and showers etc. I love original E45 cream but I find it far too expensive when I can buy aqueous cream for a third of the price and it does pretty much the same job. I did however buy a tube of E45 itch relief ... Read the complete review

My mum suffers from eczema and unfortunately I have taken after her as the condition affects me too, thankfully I only get it occasionally when small patches crop up, usually on my elbows and legs. However as all other sufferers will be very aware of, it itches like mad and it is usually impossible to leave it alone and not give in to the temptation to scratch, usually making it even more sore in the process. A family friend and fellow sufferer recommended E45 Itch Relief Cream after she'd had great success with it, my mum who gets it far worse than me was at the end of her tether and willing to try anything so she went out and bought a tube. We've tried ... Read the complete review

I suffer with a little bit of eczema on my legs which I hate and although it is only a small amount it can become very uncomfortable. It becomes more uncomfortable and can look worse when it gets aggravated and I itch it. I was recommended to try the E45 itch relief cream to try and help it and I have to say I think it is great. **What E45 say** E45 itch relief cream treats and soothes itching caused by eczema, dermatitis, pruritus and other dry skin conditions. E45 itch relief cream is non-greasy, moisturising and will soothe your skin and leave it feeling calm and comfortable. **Packaging** I purchased the big tube of ... Read the complete review
