I couldn`t be without this oil. The minute there`s a stuffed up nose in the house, out it comes, sprinkled on a tissue...the loads of sniffing on it! It is so strong it gets through the worst blocked nose & clears it, even though it`s only temporary...but just keep sniffing.It can be put on the pillow too. And a drop added to the bath is good.
