I started taking this product in my mid forties as I was running out of steam. It put lead in my pencil but I overdid taking it and it started to fry my organism especially my brain. I was too stupid to identify it as the cause of my symptoms: flushed face, frozen speech, tight head , physical coordination problems. I now use it sparingly whenever I feel hollowed out by stress or my sexual equipment is painful or hollowed out. I wouldn't advise taking it towards bed time as it is too stimulating.
