This is the first important step with this type of tablet. Current recommedations are that any potential mothers shop start taking them when they start trying for a baby - not necessarily when they become pregnant. Thereafter you have to take them for the first trimester (12 weeks) of the pregnancy. So at a minimum you ll go through 1 pack of these. 	FSC Vitamin E - 600iu (402mg) - 40 Capsules ... would like to give a tip to all you ladies who are pregnant, have had children or will have in the future..... When I was pregnant with my first child I started to notice the tiny silver marks of stretch marks appear... the usual... belly boobs and pretty much all the places I didnt want them... thighs etc.... You do not realise how worrieng these marks are until they start to appear!!!!
