... gets near to the end. This has a little screw top lid which is easy enough to open. The tube is easy enough to squeeze and roll up when the tube gets that bit emptier. The packaging doesn't look all that expensive to be honest but it isn't expensive so that makes sense.

I bought this a few weeks ago as I have found that Gels like this can help with aches and pains. We always have a tube of Deep Heat in my house and I find that Ibuleve Gel works well when all rubbed in. I spotted this in a discount chemist for the price of £2.09 which was cheaper than any other Gel/Cream that I have used in the past so thought it was worth the try for the price. Anyone who knows me will actually know that I really do suffer a lot of aches and pains. They will also be aware that although I know I have to take some medication prescribed to me from my doctor for things like hyperthyroidism, if I can at all help it I won't be a pill popper and am always on the lookout for more alternative treatments. Sadly for me though I suffer with M.E, Ccoxidinia (an extra piece of bone in the base of spine) and because of the M.E I get a lot of lower back pain and shooting pains down my legs and arms.
