There is a good few cold and throat products on the market and I usually pick a pack of these up.

You can get these in a few different flavours, such as Cherry, Strawberry and Blackcurrant.

These cost around 60p per pack and they are 45g. There is 10 sweets in the pack. These are individually wrapped.

So what are the sweets? They are lozenges which are smooth outside with a liquid centre, so when you suck these the outer part cracks and the inside comes out. Do they work? well yes I think they do, but I don't think they are miracle product, which would be great if they were!

The problem with these sweets is that they aren't exactly low calorie. Most cold sweets seem to have quite a high sugar and calorie content, so if you're trying to watch your weight and end up having a few packs of these over a few days then it can add up. However I guess i'd rather put on a 1lb and get rid of the dreaded cold/flu

These do soothe your throat, but I would say the effects wear off after about 20 minutes, so you're back to popping these again.
