I am continuing my battle to defeat my snoring, but I am still not having a great deal of success. The latest treatment I have tried is a product called “Helps Stop Snoring”. This is available as both a spray and a gargle. I had read all the other opinions on this product and the spray did not seem to get very good reviews so I decided to try the gargle, which seemed to get the most approval. This is a mouth rinse made from natural essential oils, the primarily ingredient being Mentha Piperita. The treatment comes in a small bottle and this is used before going to bed each night. Maybe I'm just one of the unlucky ones? They did say on the instructions that it doesn't work in all cases, but I was desperate to try it as wifey was getting near to the end of her rope with my snorting and snuffling all night. I do feel for the old bint, but I can't help it. Anyway, in desperation, one day she brought home Helps Stop Snoring. I nearly choked on my coffee when she told me she had forked out £11.99 for it, but I suppose she was desperate :-) She bought it from boots, but I believe they have a website (www.stopsnoring.co.uk )where it can be ordered. April 2001. Do you snore? Perhaps you do, perhaps you don't know if you do or not. I didn't know I did until my girlfriend moved in with me in January this year and told me so. Her question over breakfast "How was your sleep darling" became the standard precursor to her saying "You snored again and woke me up twice".
