I am continuing my battle to defeat my snoring, but I am still not having a great deal of success. The latest treatment I have tried is a product called “Helps Stop Snoring”. This is available as both a spray and a gargle. They did say on the instructions that it doesn't work in all cases, but I was desperate to try it as wifey was getting near to the end of her rope with my snorting and snuffling all night.
