Advantages: Gives a great massage

Disadvantages: Breaks down a lot

It gives a great massage, when it works. I bought it 2 months ago and it broke down 3 times already. Especially the Shiatsu part, which is the greatest part actually, keeps breaking down. Also it should go up and down and it started to get stuck all the time, sometimes in the middle, sometimes on top. The good news is, that the servicing is great. I take it and in 1 or 2 weeks I get it back repaired. Till the next time it breaks down.
A great feature is also, that you can put it on any chair in the house. If you have a spare chair somewhere, you can put it on it and use it permanently there. Just come home and have a massage, wonderful! You don't have to go anywhere, it is there for you all the time, your private fysio therapy.
It is worth the buy, perhaps you will be luckier than I and it will work for you without breaking down...

Summary: When it works, it is great!
