On a recent Amazon spree, I saw that the Homedics Shiatsu Massage Cushion was on a special deal and at such a bargain price, I had to have one. I get quite a tense neck and stiff hips sometimes, so a massage cushion was something I really could do with. It was on offer for £25 and it is usually well above £35 so I bought it straight away! I purchased one of these last weekend at Curry's as i suffer with terrible tension headaches and my neck feels very sore and tight as a result of these. I purchased it for £49.99 and it comes with a brief instruction booklet detailing who should and shouldn't use it and whether you need to consult a doctor first, e.g. people with epilepsy, people with previous spinal damage etc. You are only advised to use it for 20 minutes at a time, and it has a very handy cut-off timer, which turns off the massage function after the advised 20 minutes.
