4head Headache Relief ... suffer from headaches quite a lot - particularly during the working week (funny that!). Sometimes I reach for the Ibuprofen / Paracetamol but generally I don t because I don t want my body to get so used to pain killers that they no longer work when I really need them for something other than a headache! So I tend to use arnica or 4head (this product) instead as they re natural. 4head and costs just over £5, so it s more expensive than a packet of Nurofen or similar, but it lasts for ages (even if you use it a lot like me!) so it works out to be quite reasonably priced per use. Boots Botanics Lavender Essential Oil ... the moment I have, what I have termed "a night cold". I am fighting fit in the day and can operate as normal without any cold like symptoms, then, (possibly coinciding with the moon) I begin sneezing and my nose has been leaking to the degree that i ve considered calling out a plumber! What s that about?? 4head Headache Relief ... so often I get awful headaches. They are torture, feeling as though my head is being at once gripped in a vice and being kicked from the inside at the same time . Whilst generally paracetomol and other painkillers do work, they take some time to act, and when they wear off I m usually reluctant to take more .
