Advantages: Works every time. Totally reliable

Disadvantages: Can leave you feeling a bit 'strange'

This is one of the mainstays of my holiday first-aid kit. It is totally effective, and I don't mind paying a bit more for it because I know it is so reliable, and very fast-acting. Even if you're REALLY bad (and I have been!!!) a couple of doses is all you need. It does take a while to get your natural rhythm back again, and for a while after taking it I always feel a bit peculiar - hard to put my finger on just HOW, but just a little bit not normal. Probably that's just the inevitable dehydration. It's nothing much and a small price to pay for a very effective remedy. I would recommend it to anybody.
