After the birth of my 3rd baby I was supprised to find how stressed I was getting at people.I couldn't sleep and just felt I was yelling at anyone in distance to yell at although I didn't feel deptressed.After 5 weeks my baby was taken to hospital and since then has spent alot of time there.I didn't really want to take anti-deppressants as I didn't feel I needed them just somthing to calm my nerves,so I tried Kalms at £3.95 they are quite reasonable.What an effect they had they worked literally overnight and because they also helped me to sleep at night I felt lots better.The only worry I had was that with them being over the counter drugs I was a little worride I may get addicted to them as I wasn't being monitored with them so I decided that after 1 packet I would see how I felt and luckily needed no more.I think they are a great bye for thoose whao don't feel depressed just a little fed up and need a little lift but I would not recommened them for long term use.
