Advantages: All natural, non drowsy, no fear of dependency, no side-effects in my experience,

Disadvantages: Quite expensive, are only useful for mild to moderate stress.

There are a lot of pills out there claiming to be able to make our lives easier, and it's easy to fear dependency on such things, or have to suffer a few unsavory side-effects; which is why a lot of people avoid 'pill popping' as a solution to their problems.

Kalms are different. They are made of all natural plant extracts and provide relief for mild to moderate stress and anxiety. They are available without prescription for about £2.50 for 100 of them and they are available at most chemists/pharmacies.

They contain nothing that your body could technically become dependent on, the ingredients are not harmful to the body in any way.

Kalms are none drowsy, so they can help you to feel relaxed, without adding any unwanted interference to your daily life.
However, as with all medications, it's a good idea to try them and test how your body reacts to them before operating heavy machinery.

In all of my experience using Kalms, I have never noticed any negative side effects. Presumably there are none, with the exception of allergy sufferers; always check the ingredients!

I swear by Kalms, and they have helped me out a lot in the past two years. I could be considered as quite a nervous person, though not in the medical sense of the word. Kalms help me to unwind after a stressful day of work and studying.

Kalms aren't very powerful. They aren't a miracle cure, nor should they be used to substitute more powerful prescribed remedies; but in my experience, anything that makes things even the slightest bit easier is worth a try.


Overall, I'm giving them 3 stars.

Cons:
+ Quite expensive
+ Not very powerful


N.B: For serious anxiety and/or panic attacks I would strongly recommend seeing a doctor first.

Summary: All natural, no side-effects, does what it says on the bottle.
