Advantages: affordable and often on "3 for 2" with other medications and vitamins at boots

Disadvantages: does not work, nothing at all, no effects.

It could be that they only work for mild cases of anxiety, and mine is too much (I actually have stress and depression as a diagnosis) but I never notice any difference when takeing these.

They are also not cheap- ok so you do get alot in a box, but if they dont work and you have just paid good money from them, its an own goal, you have spent money on a product that does not have an effect.

I suppose it could be a placebo, maybe if something claims to work, you will want to believe it does and this is 80% of the job done, maybe I am just not as sucked in- though I bought these in good faith they would work.

Would be great if they did work, but they dont, not for me, I guess the message is, if nothing works, see a doctor for a referral for proper help.

Summary: wouldnt recommend this myself.
