Advantages: They actually really do work!

Kalms are natural herbal tablets which are a blend of pure plant ingredients which aim to bring relief from worry and promote natural sleep and natural calmness.

They calm the mind down and make your thoughts race much less than before you use them. They aim to aid a peaceful sleep at night to prevent tiredness during the day and improve your general mood as a result of this and I've found they really do work.

The packet advises that you take two of these tablets three times a day to get the full potential from them, although of course not as many is needed all the time. There are a lot of tablets in each of the boxes purchased and they come at a reasonable price as well, being a herbal stress relief and sleeping pill.

The tablets are covered in a sugar candy type of coating and are very easy to swallow as a result of this. They don't taste too bad either and dont dissolve instantly on your tongue which is a good thing to avoid the bad flavours that can come with these sorts of tablets.

All in all, I would say this product is definately worth buying and trying if you're worried or struggling with stress, either from work, school or college as the product certainly works wonders!
