Everybody had stressful periods in their life before. For me the most stressful periods where my exams, getting an house and some financial problems. Kalms says they should help with relieve worry, irritability and the stresses and strains of everyday life and that it also relieves symptoms of the menopause including worry, wakefulness, flushing and cold sweats. Kalms also helps to promote natural sleep. For me they just needed to work with the relieve of worry and stress.

First of all these are not recommended for people under the age of 12 and for women who are pregnant should get medical advice first. The tablets come in a box of 200 tablets and cost around 5 pounds to get them. You need to take two tablets three times a day with water and after meals. The ingredients are Hops powder, Valerian, Gentian and Sucrose. Hops is well known and used in several other products and suppose to help you getting a better sleep. Valerian is a herb that is used as a sedative and migraine treatment but also functions as valium to make you more relaxed.

Never expect with these tablets that they will work within a day and it normally takes around a week before you can really tell a difference. I notice a difference and feeling more calm about things but also people around me notice a difference. Colleagues called me less chaotic after taking them for a week and saw me being more relaxed. Funny enough by being less stressful it makes me more efficient without running around. I can really recommend these!
