Being a fan of natural herbal remedies this is one my mate gave me after clearing out one of her cupboards and spotting loads of stuff her ex partner had recently bought and her ex being a shopoholic had a few bottles of these all new and in box after box so I decided I would try them! Now I am someone who worries about anything and ... Read the complete review

Kalms are a herbal remedy made from plants, which claims to calm nerves and anxiety and help you deal with stress. They come in tablet form and cost about three pounds from Boots, supermarkets and so on. I still have some left. They should be fine for anyone aged over 12 apart from pregnant and breasfeeding women, but of course, check ... Read the complete review

I've resigned myself to being one of those people who doesn't cope well with nerves and no matter how hard I try to overcome them they always seem to appear. From public speaking to exams, I can rely on that familiar feeling of butterflies but I have always seemed to be able to force myself to ignore them long enough to get through whatever it is ... Yes! They work. I use Kalms in times of anxiety and stress. Unlike my experiences with prescription drugs, Kalms do not make me feel drowsy or disorientated. But I strongly recommend adapting the dosage. As a 5ft 1in, 8st 4lbs female I find that the dosage advised on the bottle is too high: 2 tablets taken 3 times a day ... Read the complete review

Stress is a natural bodily reaction. However, this doesn't make it something which is fun or easy to deal with. Stress comes in many shapes and forms, and what stresses some people out, won't affect others. Despite this, stress is something which hits us all at some time or another, and sometimes we need ways of helping to cope with it. ... Read the complete review

I think most of us suffer from stress at some time or another & my philosophy in life is not to put up with things unnecessarily - eg if I have the occasional headache I take a painkiller etc. I saw these Kalms in Qualitysave for £5.99 for 200 & they seemed worth a try as they are promoted as being 'a traditional natural plant ... A very naughty six year old. "Danny" a nutty red setter puppy our pet whose behaviour mirrors my sons. Twelve hour shifts nursing and the mummy bit in between. I don't think I'm alone in finding this time of year fairly stressful. With Christmas shopping high on everyone's agenda; the family members you inevitably have to disappoint when you make your "where to spend the day" decision; the work Christmas parties where you have to try your hardest not to tell your boss what you think of him; and ... I am not known for suffering from stress but when I was modelling I used to get myself in a right state sometimes before a big shoot (well as big as they got for me). I tried all sorts of relaxation theories thrust at me by people trying to do good but nothing worked for me at all and every time a big shoot was round the corner I would ... Read the complete review

I first discovered Kalms about 15 years ago when my GP recommended them to me to help me cope with a fear of flying. Being about 10 years old at the time, the doctor wasn't keen on giving me drugs, but recommended that I try Kalms as they are entirely herbal. The normal dose is 2 tablets three times day with water after meals. The ... Read the complete review

I tried kalms about a year ago because I was going through a very stressful time which was preventing me from being able to sleep properly at night. I needed to be able to get a good nights sleep so that I could get on with my daily life, this meant that I needed to relax a bit more. I went searching on the internet for something that ... About two years ago I needed to pass my driving test and was having major anxious fits (to the point of panic attacks) about it. All very upsetting in a family whose approach to mental health is to have a nice cup of tea and assume that everything is better after that. So, Mum came home one day with a bottle of Kalms. There are a lot of pills out there claiming to be able to make our lives easier, and it's easy to fear dependency on such things, or have to suffer a few unsavory side-effects; which is why a lot of people avoid 'pill popping' as a solution to their problems. Kalms are different. They are made of all natural plant extracts and provide ... Read the complete review
