Advantages: Does'nt dry out your nose like normaol toilet tissue.
Disadvantages: None.
.As some of you might know, I had a cold last week and whatever I have left remaining of it now.
Ok to start off with I have never ever, ever bought fancy tissues in a box before so I know it sounds strange but hey, I decided to buy these because with this cold I was just constantly having to blow my nose, which was horrible.
I always used standard toilet roll to blow my nose and never had a problem but this time round I started to get that really dry all flaky skin around my nose (which looked horrendous) might I add.
So off I went to Tesco's for a normal shop and came across these tissues which came as a two box pack which cost £2 which I thought was a bargain. In the box of tissues came two vouchers for 25 pence off a small 6 pack of Kleenex tissues and also 50 pence off of a Kleenex hygiene kit which I thought was very handy.
These tissues have calendula in them which is what stops your nose getting sore, flaky and red or indeed it helps.
I found these tissues really made me feel better they were in easy reach (on the arm of the chair) so I wasn't having to get up and down to constantly go and blow my nose. Also the fact of how soft they are (compared to standard loo roll) made me feel tonnes better and comforting.
A few days after using these tissues the skin up and around my nose started getting better and eventually went all thanks to the calendula which moisturised my skin instead of drying it out.
I would recommend these to anyone not just for when you have a cold but all year round, I know I will be using these instead of toilet roll from now on.
The box says there are 90 tissues, the box i started with for my cold still has a few left yet and then i have a whole other box for another occasion.
Summary: Comforting in times of cold and flu, but good for all the time.
