There are some products that I won't compromise on in my weekly shopping basket and one such product is facial tissues. There's nothing worse than having to blow your nose only to find that the tissue you have is all scratchy or disintegrates on first use. So yes I have the dreaded cold, just in time for my week off where I had lots planned including writing an essay and going to see the new Harry Potter film! I rarely get colds but when I do get them they tend to be the worst ones! Like alot of other Dooyooers I've come down with the cold from hell, running nose, hacking cough, sore throat I can hardly stand to breathe past and just want it to go! While I can't wish it away I can take certain measures to ensure it does as little damage as possible and one of those measures is to use very soft tissues on my nose. I couldn't help but pick up a box as I know the usually retail for a little bit over £1 and new our tissues supplies were running short. I went to Bristol shopping a few weeks ago. Whilst walking around me and my friends were handed small packets of kleenex ultra soft tissues by some marketing workers. At first, I wasn't particularly intrested and placed them in my bag. But afterwards I had a bit of a hot flush and so reached into my bag for something to mop my brow. When I opened this packet, I was first struck by the softness of the tissues. They are 3 ply but more than than that they feel quilted. They are so soft it seems a shame to wipe your nose in them!!
