Drug free and it works (Kobayashi Cura-Heat)
Member Name: rachelew
Advantages: Easy to use, drug free pain relief Disadvantages: May fall off, not sticky enough
The cura-heat range is a range of air activated heat packs individually designed to provide pain relief in different areas of the body. I have used the packs for knees and also the back and shoulder pain packs. A box of 3 back and shoulder packs costs around £2.50 and a similar price for the knee treatment pack. They are available in boots and supermarkets. I have also seen them at my local pound shop. Summary: If you are keen to control pain without drugs, give them a go. |
