The two main brands I've seen are Kool n Soothe and 4Head. For me, despite the price, I keep coming back to Kool n Soothe. How Are They Packaged? Recently I have been getting quite a few headaches and because I think they're mostly down to stress rather than illness I don't like to take painkillers for them. I don't like to take pills at the best of times, but especially when the pill won't actually tackle the cause of the problem, only provide a temporary solution to the pain. Whenever I have a headache I normally reach straight for the painkillers. However I was finding that paracetamol was having a limited effect on my headaches. I don't suffer very often but when I do they tend to be back headaches and give me a throbbing pain in my temples. I saw these in Asda they cost £3 for a box of 4. My other half used to suffer migraines on a frightfully regular basis, and he was recommended these to try by the doctor if he couldn't take his prescription medicine quick enough (it was meant to be taken at the very first sign before the migraine really got going). It's not often I get a migraine or even a bad headache these days as I'm on meds to stop this happening, however, when I do, I like to have a variety of things at hand to use to alleviate the symptoms as quickly as possible, and kool n soothe patches are one of those things. Packaging What you pick up off the shelf in the chemist or supermarket is a box.
