In my last review I mentioned that I have had a cold for a while now and that it just seems to be lingering, along with paracetomol I am taking Lemsips for my blocked nose and sore throat. Because I hate the taste of lemsips prepared in boiling water I picked up a box of these Lemsip Max Cold & Flu direct that come in powder form in individual sachets. When I've got a cold I generally always reach for the Lemsip, a tried, tested and positive results brand. Lemsip is a well-know brand of cold and flu remedies. I never realised but the reason it is called Lemsip is because their original product, the flavoured hot-drink was Lemon is flavour and you sip a drink, hence LEMsip!
