Advantages: Effective, available nationwide

Lemsip is the leading brand whit comes to cold & flu relieve. They have built up a reputation over the years as being 'the' remedy for relieving you of cold & flu syptoms.

I have used their products for a number of years and continue to buy due to their effectivness.

The taste is somewhat, disgusting.. It usually has a very sour or bitter taste which not easy to swallow.

I great improvment would be to make them more of a comforting taste, as you're bound to already be suffering by the time you need to take them, it feels like punishment!

Taste aside, the product itself is effective. Usually mix one sachet with some boling water, allow to cool for a shirt while and then sip at the drink. You can dilute it to your own requirements, though I find the stronger the better.

Overal a great product, but please do let me know if there is a ncier tasting alternative which is as effective!

Summary: A great products, a sure way to assist you with shaking off a cold.
