Advantages: No side effects, no chemicals.

Disadvantages: Look a bit silly doing it in public. Just go to the bathroom for 3 minutes!

Fantastic little gadget!
I suffer from rhinitus all year round and hayfever on top of that in the summer. On a good day I have an itchy nose full of dry blood and on a bad day itchy sore throat and soft pallet; sneezing; a chesty and/or tight chest; headache and swollen, sore eyes for which I was taking antihystamine (twice, although you're not supposed to!), eye drops, nose spray, cough medicine, paracetamol and still couldn't sleep at night.
I decided to ditch the lot and try the Hayfever Reliever and it's working! I've had mine for just a week now and have been using it 3 times a day along with drinking gallons of Camomile tea. (I don't like the taste so I make it very small and strong - like a Camomile espresso!)
The symptoms haven't completely vanished but I'm sleeping at night and suffering a lot less in the day - perhaps just a little bit of itching in the nostrils and throat when I'm due to use it again.
At the end of the day, I'd much rather go down this natural route and not be filling my body with chemicals.
I thoroughly recommend this product and at less than £15, what have you got to loose?!
