A few years ago I had a particularly bad cold and so my mum picked a pack of these tissues up as the smell was meant to help clear the blocked nose. They were so good that we now purchase them every time one of us catches a cold.

The tissues come in small plastic packets much the same as all other tissues do but the orange and green packaging really stands among the rest. The tissues inside are medium sized when opend entirely and fairly thick, you can not see through them like many other tissue brands. They are patterned with a border of tear drop shapes which I think the olbus oil is printed into.

The smell is very strong, once I have opened the packet my entire bag smells of it but it is not unpleasant at all, it's like a very strong minty smell that smells sort of anti bacterial. As soon as you place a tissue under you nose just to smell you can instantly feel the effect of it clearing your sinuses. This effect works even better when blowing your nose and then inhaling. I often will just sit and keep one under my nose for a while I watch tv or something to feel more comfortable.

As they tissues they work extremely well and never rip when you have a full nose to unload (ewww), I don't recommend blowing your nose with them every time because if you're like me you will go through them extremely quickly and they are quite expensive because of the added olbus oil. Also if you have a runny nose and constantly rub it with these tissues, the end of your nose can start to become quite saw and the olbus oil makes it a bit worse.

My friend used these once and complained about the tissues stinging a cut she had on her hand so be careful about this and never never use it to rub your eyes and avoid rubbing your eyes with your hands after use or you'll be in for some stinging for sure!

Overall I would definitely recommend these tissues as they really do help clear your sinuses without having to put anything directly up your nose and they really strong tissues. The smell can fade after time if you leave a packet open for long enough so be careful to make sure you do seal the packet up each time.

Since using these me and my mum have become fans of the olbus oil nasal stick (in my opinion the best thing to use when having a cold) and the actual olbus oil which you can add to a hot bath or to your pillow at night to clear sinuses for more comfortable breathing!
