Relaxing for mild pain (Mentholatum Deep Heat Spray)

Advantages: Eases muscular pain, works quickly

Disadvantages: Quite expensive, only for small pains, vile smell

I have used deep heat spray for quite a few years now as a way of temporarily relieving pain.

I have found it to be a very good product as after only five minutes it starts to relax the muscles, thus eases the pain. It can be used anywhere on the body (except for the obvious - face, genitalia etc.)

However there are also a few negatives - the product is pretty expensive to buy and runs out after not many uses. This is because you have to spray quite a lot for it to be effective. Also the smell that deep heat gives out is very unpleasant, almost choking!

Altogether, I would recommend this problem if you have a mild pain that you need a quick fix for. If your pain is more severe the product will probably have absolutely no effect for you. The best way to know whether it will work is to try it and see for yourself!
