... so much easier. The eye bag is very well made and has a velvet side and a smooth side. It contains lots of little flax seeds which retain microwave heat for some time.
You simply place the eye bag in a dish and pop it in the microwave for about 30 seconds, give it a little shake around, then sit or lie down and relax with the bag over your eyes. I've suffered from dry eye syndrome for some time now but since using this eye bag I've at last found something which enormously helps this very irritating condition. After I was diagnosed with dry eye syndrome (blepharitis), some months ago, I have been struggling to follow the rigorous routine prescribed by the opthalmologist. This entailed (amongst other things ) bathing the eyes with a hot flannel for ten minutes twice a day. As the flannel gets cold very quickly you are constantly re-soaking your flannel in the hot water and reapplying.
