Advantages: I can function, work and look after my family

I can remember having migraine as a four year old, don't know if I had it younger than that but definitely had it at four. My doctor decided I was attention seeking and that my parents shouldn't let me "get away with it." A terrible cycle started where I would cry and get upset but would be forced to go to school or shopping or whatever. Before long I would be vomitting and get sent home. It was absolute misery. As I reached puberty it got worse but eventually I developed strategies; never get over tired, never get dehydrated, be careful what I eat etc. Even so I sometimes got a migraine.

I was in bed with a particularly bad migraine a few months ago. I had been sick in my husbands car and just wanted to die. A friend had recommend migraleve so I begged my husband to get some.

He got the mixed packet, pink and yellow tablets and it was amazing. Within a few hours I could function and by next morning I was fine.

Now I won't be without migraleve, I usually buy the all pink packet. You take pink tablets at the start of an attack and only need the yellow ones if it continues and I find if I take two quickly it is enough. I could cry when I think of all the years I have suffered. I was reluctant to ask for help because of my childhood experience and so was condemned to years of pain and misery. The most amazing thing is how it help with the pain and nausea, I have had pain killers from GP that helped with pain but nothing has even helped with the nausea.

You can buy a packet of 24 pink tables for £7.38, you can also buy smaller packets. The mixed packets are a similar price.
