I have found these tablets excellent in helping me to be less stressed.They are a herbal remedy made up of mainly passion flower and having taken them regularly I can honestly say they have made a tremendous difference to my lif. I sleep better and this in turn leaves me better equipped to deal with everyday hassles. I have tried other herbal remedys such as Kalms with no effect and also slumber cup to help with sleep problems but to no avail. Natracalm are very good indeed. I have always been a bit of an edgy sort, prone to anxiety and panic attacks all of my life. I went through a phase (2 years in my mid-twenties) of smoking illicit herbs which had a profound calming effect on my nerves. Tried these after not only reading the reviews but about possible side affects and addictive properties and there were none , so felt much safer ordering these rather than some other herbal remedies which are actually quite potent & have addictive properties which I definitely didn't want! Natracalms are brilliant, they really help with panic attacks and general anxiety. I always keep them handy, i have been asked if it's just a placebo effect, I am convinced its not. Definately a big thumbs up from me, I have been using them for years and would recommend them highly. I have never taken precribed drugs for anxiety, so I can't compare the effect, but I feel happier with herbal alternatives.
