Natracalms are brilliant, they really help with panic attacks and general anxiety.
I always keep them handy, i have been asked if it's just a placebo effect, I am convinced its not.
Definately a big thumbs up from me, I have been using them for years and would recommend them highly.
I have never taken precribed drugs for anxiety, so I can't compare the effect, but I feel happier with herbal alternatives.
They sometimes make me a but drowsy for the first day, but sometimes this in itself is a welcome effect!
