Of late I've had really bad insomnia. I know why though! I have neighbours from hell! One plays loud music and either won't let me go to sleep or wakes me up when she wants to, the guy the other side likes to play his computer games with his mate till half four in the morning in a bedroom adjoining to mine. So even if this doesn't happen I can't sleep as I get agitated and it's like I'm waiting for a noise. Because of this I'm really tired and I'm not relaxed so I bought these at £2.65 for a box of 50 tablets in my local Tesco store and it was while a good offer was on as well cos a deal was offered that buy 3 products and get the cheapest one free and I did ... I don't know what's wrong with me lately, but I have had a lot of trouble sleeping. I'll admit I do some strange shifts at work - one day shift which can start any time between 6am and 1pm, followed by two eleven hour night shifts. Obviously working different times on different days can mess up your sleeping pattern, but I've been doing it for three years now, and never had a huge problem, and besides, I've been off work on leave for the past two weeks. I was getting quite stressed by the lack of sleep, and I also felt that it was making me ill, because I was getting a lot of headaches as a result.
