I have used Arnica for many years and have great faith in it's healing properties. I always think this is one of the essential homeopathic remedies to have a good supply of, as you never know when you might need it. It's a common remedy and most people who have an interest in homeopathy will have come across it at some time or other. You can buy Arnica in the health shops in tablet and cream form. Arnica Montana (Asteraceae/Compositae) Nelsons’ ClikPak of Arnica Montana homeopathic remedy is available in either 6c or 30c dosages – the c indicates the potency of the pillules. It is advisable to buy the 6c version as this is a more than adequate dosage for most treatments.
