To use this you basically massage into the painful areas. I originally thought I'd use this on various areas but ended up using it on my knees and hands. My knees get painful due to tight muscles pulling on them so it isn't a rheumatic condition and this probably wasn't the best cream I could have used. A while ago when on a search for something that might help my joints I stumbled across Rhus Tox cream by Nelsons. I've used a few creams by Nelsons and decided this might help a bit even though it is designed for rheumatic joints not loose painful joints. I paid about £5 for a 30g tube and it is widely available online. The cream comes in a tube which is mostly white and yellow and makes me think of heat for some reason. The cream should not be used if the seal is broken, keep out of the reach of children, if you notice any unusual side effects discontinue use, if pregnant or breastfeeding consult your doctor before use and do not use if sensitive to any ...
