I have been using these tablets for quite a few years now. I discovered these tablets whilst out buying the catarrh and sinuse range.
The catarrh range is excellent and I can't survive without them, so I thought I would give these other tablets a go.

Since I started my last job over five years ago, I have developed swollen ankles and aching legs.
They swell up and my ankle bone disappears everyday.
Then because of the puffiness around my ankles , my legs start to throb. I now have a sit down job and it has eased off a little bit, but then I only need to stand up for a short while, and they start to throb again. Taking these tablets, ease the pain quite a bit.

These little tablets which are the size of a saccharin, melt on your tongue quickly without water. You take four and if neccessary can take four every half an hour.
You get 450 in one container and they cost £4.49 from Boots or Holland and Barrett health food shops.

Children can even take them, the whole range caters for all different medical conditions.Children must only take half the recommended does though.
Not many people have heard of them for some unknown reason.
Now that I have discovered these tablets , i tell everyone and they always go and buy them.
The catarrh ones have helped a lot of my friends and family who didn't know they even existed.

Combination Q tissue salts are harmless and can be taken over a long term period.
The ones for Aching legs and feet help to reduce the swelling and take the pain away. They might take a day or two to get into your system, so you need to persevere with them.

I know the best thing to do is lie on your bed with your feet up, but i'm too hyper active to stay still and rather take a quick and easy cure in tablet form.
I urge anybody who stand up all day in their job etc to try them, after getting into your system they will be your friend for life.
