Advantages: RESTFUL SLEEP

Disadvantages: GROGGY NEXT DAY FOR SOME PEOPLE

Normally, at night, I'll sleep like a baby! I don't wake up like one, screaming and demanding to be breast fed........ although I do like...... No sorry back to the point. Usually I'll sleep well, but every so often I can go through a bad patch and I find that NITOL works very well. I won't take any until I've had about three bad nights on the run. Taking just one an hour before bedtime seems to work very well. I'll usually get at least 6 hours sleep.

ACTIVE INGREDIENT:
50MG DIPHENHYDRAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE.

The product also contains lactose, so don't take if this is an allergy!

A pack of 16 costs £4.38 which is quite expensive, but as you're not supposed to use on a regular basis, it's well worth it.

NITOL also comes in a 2 a night pack. You get the same amount with each tablet having half the active ingredient and half of the lactose. These are approx £1 cheaper. I've never bought these ones!

I always feel well refreshed the next morning. They don't make me feel groggy or tired. Tiredness the following day can be a side effect for some people though. Sweet dreams!

Summary: Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.................

6 hours? And that's a good night? No wonder I was half dead when my kids were tiny...... I count anything less than 8.5 as a disturbed kip! Cutecandy

Yes I do like also! But I will get down to the point. Have you tried taking a sniff of lavender before you go to sleep, it's better for you!

Why did I think they were herbal? I have often wondered if they really do work. Thanks for the info, though I have no trouble sleeping - yet.
