Advantages: great to make you drift off

Disadvantages: groggy the next day

Every now and again I do have sleeping problems. It is so frustrating to be tired but not being able to fall asleep. This is where Nytol comes into its own. You take just a tablet about 30 minutes or so before you are ready for bed and then you really do dift off.

You buy them over the counter so you don't need to worry about seeing the doctor. I dont think that they will be any good if you have really bad problems sleeping but if like me, you just need a bit of help drifting off every now and again then they are well worth a go.

The only downside to these is that I do tend to feel a bit groggy the next day so I think that they must stay in your system for a good few hours.
