Not the answer for everybody (Nitol)

Advantages: send you to sleep

Disadvantages: doesn't keep you asleep for very long

I have used both herbal nitol and the regular stuff, with the latter being (as you would expect, slightly stronger). The problem is that although these products do help to make you fall asleep, they don't seem to guarantee that you will sleep for any length of time. My insomnia take the form of falling asleep relatively easily and then waking up two hours later - for the whole night. I would wake up wide awake even though I had taken nitol only a couple of hours previously. I would therefore recommend this product only to those people who have problems falling asleep in the first place, but not to those that tend to wake up too soon.
