I bought these tablets from Boots and have been buying them for about a year now. I buy them on and off when i get sick. My most recent experience with these was when I suddenly came down with a pretty severe migraine. The pain was unbearable, and I began to have distorted vision. I honestly thought over the counter pills could not even begin to numb the pain from a severe migraine, but we're more designed for a mild headache. How wrong I was. These pills DID stop the migraine in under 20 minutes.

These don't just work for headaches, they work for the whole body just as well. I experienced one of the worst migraines of my life on a long, hot sweaty journey where I was in no position to calm a migraine, yet even in this situation these pills do work, and they keep on working for hours. It was at least 3 hours before I felt (a very mild) headache come back. The pain relief is "short term" but actually numbs the pain so that you get a break from it long enough to come out the other side of the medication where the pain is bearable if not completely gone. It can be a complete cure to the pain.

These are "speed relief" tablets and are designed to target the pain and then get to work on it fast. They do work considerably quicker than standard tablets. I found that these same tablets but bog standard ones take roughly 25 minutes to begin to feel them working. Whereas these tablets took about 15-20 minutes to start work. That's time from you swallowing them to your body digesting them, then flowing round your body to the pain, and then getting to numb the pain. Incredible and that 10 minutes really does work when you cannot bear the pain for much longer - they offer great relief.

With headaches you can just take simple medication like cheap "own brand" headache and minor pains pills - I think these are more suited for migraines, severe headaches and severe body pain like joint pains. The thing is these cost considerably more than regular pain killers, and these work for more severe pains as I experienced, but cheap ones don't? So why pay the extra for nothing more? The pain relief is great don't get me wrong but I think these should be used for stronger pains.

For migraines and severe pains that can't wait? These are highly recommended!
