I've always found that paracetamol tablets never really work with me so I have had to find something else that will work and normally I would buy Ibruprofen or something like that. I am one of those people that don't need much pain relief ever. 2 paracetamol usually helps to deal with most pains. In fact I only had 2 paracetamol when I was in labour until the last few minutes when I needed gas and air! My partner on the other hand whines and moans constantly when he is in pain!
