I don't suffer from migraines often - usually only 2 or 3 a year - but they come without warning, they have no trigger and they usually last most of the day. When the headache does wear off I'm left nauseous and exhausted until I go to bed, and I usually feel as if I have a hangover the following day. My usual attempt to divert the worst is to take 2 ibuprofen and 2 paracetamol as soon as the auras start but I remember a colleague telling me that Nurofen Migraine tablets were excellent so when I spotted them in the chemist I decided I would give them a go. ++THE PRODUCT++ Nurofen Migraine tablets are white oblong tablets marked NMP, approx 1cm long.
