Paracetamol ... night I had a headache and a bit of a temperature, I felt a little poorly but could not put on finger on where or why I felt ill and I just ached slightly all over. I take a cocktail of medication everyday and have several illnesses so THE only painkiller I am able to take is Paracetamol. Paracetamol is an effective painkiller for most internal ailments and will also bring down a temperature fairly quickly. I think it is brilliant when I have a cold or flu just starting to rear it s head because paracetamol dulls the aches and pains just enough for me to be able to get on with my day to day business. Flying Fox Temple Balm ... love the Lush range and this is one of my first purchases. If you have read my other Lush reviews you will by now already know that I tend to send my other half in while he is on his lunch break as it is not far for him and its less hassle than me catching the train in just to get a couple of bits from Lush, even though I would! I send him off with a list and the cash and he sometimes gets help from the assistants in the store which he assures me are always very helpful and make his visits easy even though he has no idea what it is he is actually looking for! Therma Care Pain Relieving Heatwraps ... am one of those people blessed with a dodgy back. I can lift heavy weights, do gardening, housework etc. with no problems at all, but just occasionally I do something simple and off it goes! The other day I was stepping over a small tree pot in the garden and felt the familiar sensation - almost as though something snaps at the base of my spine. Once I did it by reaching into a drawer to lift out a calendar, once (on holiday) I just stood up after breakfast - as I say it is the simplest of things that sets it off.
