I have always been on summer holidays, every year with my parents as a child and more or less every year once or twice now I am an adult. Although I used to love my summer holidays, there was one thing that always used to spoil them and that was the horrible rash that I came out in when in the sun.
I used to suffer really bad with prickly heat, when in my teenage years that was when it used to bother me more so as I would be dressed up, looking nice and I would have this rash all over me. I didn't affect every part of my body, it seem to affect my legs more than anywhere and my legs would turn into red little lumps all over, which wasn't too bad to look at until I was a week into my holiday, as it was very itchy and the more you scratched it, it used to bring the blood up to the top of my skin and looked awful as though I had some kind disease. It used to ruin my holiday when people starred.
As I got older I was recommended Piriton tablets which are for allergies. Piriton are an antihistamine which when taken at the right dosage they will relieve some forms of allergies and skin rashes. They will reduce redness, soreness, itchiness and stop these skin allergies from irritating you as much.
To be honest the first time I used piriton I thought it was going to be a myth and that it wouldn't work however I took my two tablets a day whilst I was away and after three days into my holiday when I would normally start to see this skin rash develop I noticed that I hadn't got it. Piriton is supposed to relieve symptoms of these kind of skin rashes however using this product I did not even develop it which was even better. Every time I go away now I wouldn't be without my piriton, if you suffer with prickly heat and have never used piriton I would recommend it highly.
It only costs a couple of quid and will provide you with a much more enjoyable holiday than you would have if you didn;t use it.
