This spray is great for muscle damage but can also be used for bad backs and sprains. I first used this spray after tearing one of my intercostal muscles wholst pregnant with my second child. Due to the fact i was pregnant there wasnt a lot i could do for the pain, couldnt take anything stronger than paracetomal. My dad used the cream version of this spray for his bad back but found it was very greasy and marked his clothes so that is why i chose the spray. To use all you do is spray a little onto the area of the body that is causing the pain, it heats up nicely, not hot so that it feels like it is burning or anything but a nice ...
