P R Heat Spray 150ml. I have a emergency first aid box, and was sorting through this to see what I have in stock, and what is out of date. Ive recently had a bit of trouble with my ankle, having broken it seven years ago, whilst I was helping a patient myself into a wheelchair, the foot plate of the chair swung across and whacked me in the ankle. Whenever the weather is cold even after all these years I am still occassionally unfortunately, to suffer with the most annoying pain in my ankle, it only does it when its cold or damp outside. This spray is great for muscle damage but can also be used for bad backs and sprains. I first used this spray after tearing one of my intercostal muscles wholst pregnant with my second child. Due to the fact i was pregnant there wasnt a lot i could do for the pain, couldnt take anything stronger than paracetomal. My dad used the cream version of this spray for his bad back but found it was very greasy and marked his clothes so that is why i chose the spray.
