alright guys....
i was recently on a cricket tour in brighton and hit a wall after the 5th day of drinking constantly. i became tired and required a pick me up. i bought pro plus for the first time. i took 2 tablets with no effect. by the end of the day i had taken over 20 of the packet. this was a drastic mistake. you must be so careful. the side effects i experienced were vomiting (including blood), paranoia, insomnia, twitching, shaking and flickers in my heart. i was genuinely quite scared that the effects would be long term. fortunately they diasappeared afterf roughly 48 hours before i started a masive conme down which i am still in and have been for about 12 hours. these effects include tiredness - dramatic, vomiting and a spaced out feeling. i know i was a stupid in taking as many tablets but would not reccoment these tablets for anyone,
